16-bit version of the map crashes to desktop.

Header replacement (Night Driver) fails to resolve issue. Single file (.CBT / .TER) replacement fails to resolve issue.

Copy OBSID.CBT and OBSID.TER from MISS8 and replace the files in MISS16.

I'll leave it up to you to figure out that it's a night map that may or may not have a track somewhere in it...
