Map fix: Sledge Hammer

Updated instructions:

16-bit version of the map crashes to desktop.

Header replacement fails to resolve issue. Single file (.CBT) replacement resolves issue.

Copy SLEDGE.CBT from MISS8 and replace the files in MISS16.

Done, but I had no sledge.ter. The cbt was there, but no ter. Something rotten there?

Check your ADDON folder, elsewise, head to LSM and download the original ZIP.
