Damn Connction Problems.

Not sure what the problem is but none of my games are working online properly. Getting connection problems and dropped from games.

Anyone drop me a line on ICQ and guide me through optimizing my connection?

I'm going to call Comcast as well and see about getting an updated modem instead of this POS 3Com Fin thing.

I am assuming this is for Battlefield?

PunkBuster is a mother-trucking pain in the behind. Seriously. So many people have been getting so many issues with it lately, such as being dropped from games, constantly. I have been banned from servers for periods of time because of PunkBuster.

Do you know the riggers of SpyWare/AdWare?

I've run adaware plenty of times.

Also, I'm not sure it is Punkbuster, since Live For Speed has also been dropping me.

Comcast says I need to swap my modem, so we'll see if that does a damn thing or not.

What are you running? Cable? DSL?

Do you have your lines split, or running a router?

I had to get a tech in to rewire a portion in my apartment because I was unable to split the line with a splitter; it would cause alot of connection problems.
