its tuesday people, race day!

game starts at 9 cst (gmt-6), but i can come earlier so ill watch the scopes for action.

We don't even have to be nice to Wayek anymore...

...he's got a flight stick so his "keyboard" excuses are over...

hehehe ..... yeeaah I'm still not anywhere near good with the sidewinder but I like it way more than using the keys .. actually I still have to use the keys for a few things wish there was more buttons on it..


anyways enough about that Tuesday night was KILLER! we had up to 7 players going at one point despite a brief server issue .. I was so caught up in the madness that I forgot to take any screenshots

Well, for the first time in about 10 years it looks like we might stand a chance to *FILL* a game!



I should be able to get a game hosted up *WAY* before the scheduled 7:00 start.

Look for a challenge map like Ruins, Slipstream 1.1 or DM Track III...

...then we race...

...then we fight...

...then us old guys go to bed and the rest of us do whatever you want.

I counted 14 different players that I've seen online in games during the last month including myself so I don't see any reason why we wouldn't fill up tonight

holy cow that was an awesome TNE last night!!
had such a blast, didnt want to leave.

too sore and worn down from work, so i lay down and cant sleep from the soreness. nearly an hour after i left i see a game of 5 still up!
dangit, i wanted to come back and join!

Anyway, looks like I've got a little work to do before I host but I'll try to get out early again.

For those of you not super familiar with how we structure the event it usually goes like this:

Pre-TNE (up until 7:00) - Challenge Maps - Ruins; DM Track III, Slipstream 1.1, Offroad, etc.

[FD]'s TNE! NH! (7:00 - 9:00) - Racing - Maps, maps and more maps.

After Party (9:00 until whenever) - Whatever! (CTF, Combat Races, KotH, FFA, et. al.)
