...and it appears as if your patch didn't fully install or you have a firewall or anti-virus software with a firewall built in stopping the game from talking.
Make sure you have FULL rights to the I76Nitro directory and re-extract the patch.
Then make sure your anti-virus and Windows firewalls are off (just for testing) and try and look at the DETAILS of a game.
If you can't see the details, you can't join the game and the same will hold true for anyone trying to join a game you host.
