Does anyone remember [DEG]?

OK, so I'm out on the back roads and I see an old gang tag that's not in the database:

Apparently, they were at least somewhat staffed and organized:
Groove [DEG-L]
Killer99 [DEG-VL]
Durry-man [DEG-PR]
McQueen [DEG]
Cav [DEG]
...though I question any organization that has more leaders than soldiers...
Can anyone confirm their name for me?
All signs are pointing towards "Dead End Gang" but if anyone is 100% I'd appreciate the confirmation before I update the Community page.
